Job description

Curriculum Development: Design and develop science curriculum, lesson plans, and instructional materials aligned with educational standards and objectives for subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, environmental science, or general science. Classroom Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that cover fundamental concepts, principles, and theories in the field of science. Use a variety of teaching methods, including lectures, demonstrations, experiments, hands-on activities, and multimedia presentations. Laboratory Experiments: Plan and conduct laboratory experiments and investigations to help students explore scientific phenomena, develop inquiry skills, and reinforce theoretical concepts learned in class. Scientific Inquiry and Methodology: Teach students about the scientific method, experimental design, data collection, analysis, and interpretation, fostering a systematic approach to problem-solving and scientific inquiry. Interdisciplinary Connections: Integrate interdisciplinary connections between science and other subjects, such as mathematics, technology, engineering, and environmental studies, to provide a holistic understanding of scientific concepts and their real-world applications. Environmental Awareness: Educate students about environmental issues, sustainability, conservation, and the impact of human activities on ecosystems, promoting environmental awareness and responsible stewardship of natural resources. Critical Thinking Skills: Develop students' critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills through scientific inquiry, hypothesis testing, evidence evaluation, and logical reasoning exercises.
