Job description

Curriculum Development: Designing and developing curriculum, course materials, and training programs for SAP accounting modules, ensuring alignment with industry standards, best practices, and certification requirements. Instruction and Delivery: Delivering engaging and interactive lectures, workshops, and training sessions on SAP accounting modules, using a variety of instructional methods, techniques, and tools to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrating expertise in SAP accounting modules, including SAP Financial Accounting (FI), SAP Controlling (CO), SAP Asset Accounting, SAP General Ledger, and other relevant modules, and staying updated with the latest developments and enhancements in SAP software. Hands-on Training: Providing hands-on training and practical exercises using SAP software systems, simulation tools, and case studies to reinforce theoretical concepts, develop technical skills, and prepare students for real-world applications. Assessment and Evaluation: Designing and administering assessments, quizzes, exams, and projects to evaluate students' understanding, proficiency, and competency in SAP accounting concepts and functionalities. Feedback and Support: Providing constructive feedback, guidance, and support to students to facilitate their learning and development, addressing questions, clarifying doubts, and offering additional resources or assistance as needed. Classroom Management: Managing classroom dynamics, fostering a positive learning environment, and promoting active participation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among students. Professional Development: Engaging in continuous professional development activities, such as attending workshops, conferences, and training sessions, and obtaining relevant certifications to enhance knowledge and skills in SAP accounting and related areas. Industry Networking: Building and maintaining relationships with industry professionals, employers, and SAP user groups to stay informed about industry trends, job opportunities, and skill requirements in SAP accounting roles. Technology Integration: Leveraging technology tools and platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS), virtual classrooms, and online collaboration tools, to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of SAP accounting training programs. Communication Skills: Communicating effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders through verbal communication, presentations, written materials, and online platforms, and adapting communication style and content to diverse audiences.
