Negotiation: Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with clients to secure deals that are mutually beneficial. Closing Sales: Closing deals by obtaining signed contracts or purchase orders from clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets. Post-Sales Support: Providing support to customers after the sale, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals. Market Research: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
