Recommend complementary products or upsell additional items to increase sales revenue. Overcome objections and address customer concerns by presenting solutions or alternatives. Close sales transactions efficiently and accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Assist customers with product returns, exchanges, or refunds according to company policies.
