Leading the Sales Team: Providing leadership, direction, and guidance to the sales team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and targets. Inspiring and motivating team members, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability and performance excellence. Recruitment and Training: Recruiting, hiring, and training sales representatives to build a high-performing and results-driven sales team. Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of team members. Sales Forecasting and Planning: Conducting sales forecasting and planning exercises to predict future sales trends, anticipate market demand, and allocate resources effectively. Developing sales projections, budgets, and resource allocation plans to support sales initiatives. Performance Management: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of sales team members against key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
