Recruitment and Training: Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales representatives as needed to expand the sales team. Sales Managers provide comprehensive training and orientation to new hires to ensure they have the knowledge and skills required for success. Sales Strategy Development: Developing and implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers, and grow market share. Sales Managers analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for sales growth. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, clients, and stakeholders to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
