Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel. Create schedules and manage labor costs to optimize efficiency while ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to promote team growth and advancement. Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service. Address any customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. Financial Management: Monitor and manage restaurant budgets, including food and beverage costs, labor expenses, and other operating expenses.
