Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve service quality and enhance the overall dining experience. Foster a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals. Menu Planning and Pricing: Develop and update menus in collaboration with chefs, taking into account customer preferences, seasonal ingredients, and cost considerations. Set menu prices based on food and labor costs, market trends, and competitive analysis to optimize profitability while maintaining value for customers. Monitor menu performance, analyze sales data, and adjust menu offerings as needed to maximize revenue and profitability. Food and Beverage Management: Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations by maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and proper storage of food and beverages. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food and beverage costs to minimize waste and control expenses. Oversee food preparation, presentation, and portion control to maintain consistency and quality standards. Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to track revenue, expenses, and profitability. Identify opportunities to increase revenue and reduce costs through operational efficiencies, pricing strategies, and cost-saving initiatives. Monitor financial performance metrics, such as food and labor costs, sales trends, and profit margins, and take corrective actions as needed to achieve financial targets. Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Utilize various marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and local advertising, to promote restaurant offerings and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials and messaging that resonate with the target audience. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and fire safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential health and safety hazards in the restaurant environment. Provide staff training on health and safety protocols and enforce adherence to established procedures. Operational Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures to streamline workflow, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
