Job description

Overall Operations Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the resort, including accommodations, dining, recreation, and guest services, to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional guest experiences. Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising resort staff across various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and activities, to ensure high levels of service and guest satisfaction. Guest Relations: Interacting with guests to address their needs, concerns, and special requests, and ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly and to their satisfaction. Financial Management: Developing and managing the resort budget, including revenue generation, cost control, and financial reporting, to ensure profitability and financial sustainability. Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract guests, increase bookings, and promote resort amenities and services through various channels, including online platforms, advertising, and partnerships. Quality Assurance: Maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of the resort, including cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and service, to meet or exceed guest expectations and industry benchmarks. Facilities Management: Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities, including accommodations, common areas, recreational facilities, landscaping, and infrastructure, to ensure they are well-maintained and functional. Sustainability Initiatives: Implementing environmentally sustainable practices and initiatives within the resort, such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and responsible sourcing, to minimize environmental impact and promote sustainability. Community Engagement: Engaging with the local community, government authorities, and other stakeholders to foster positive relationships, support community development initiatives, and ensure compliance with local regulations and laws. Crisis Management: Developing and implementing contingency plans and protocols to address emergencies, such as natural disasters, accidents, or security incidents, and ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
