Job description

Overall Management: Overseeing all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, accommodations, food and beverage services, recreational activities, facilities management, and administrative functions. Guest Satisfaction: Ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and hospitality throughout the resort. Staff Management: Recruiting, hiring, training, supervising, and motivating resort staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, food and beverage servers, maintenance workers, and recreational activity coordinators, to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. Financial Management: Managing resort finances, budgeting, and financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, cost management, and profitability analysis, to achieve financial targets and maximize return on investment (ROI). Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract guests, increase occupancy rates, and drive revenue growth, including advertising, promotions, special events, and partnerships with travel agents or online booking platforms. Reservation Management: Overseeing reservation systems and processes, managing room inventory, rates, and availability, and optimizing room allocations to maximize occupancy and revenue potential while balancing guest preferences and operational needs. Facilities Maintenance: Ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities, infrastructure, and grounds, including guest rooms, public areas, recreational amenities, landscaping, and equipment, to ensure a safe, attractive, and functional environment for guests and staff. Food and Beverage Operations: Managing food and beverage services, including restaurants, bars, catering, room service, and special events, to ensure high-quality dining experiences, efficient service, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Recreational Activities: Planning and coordinating recreational activities, entertainment programs, and leisure facilities such as pools, spas, fitness centers, golf courses, and water sports to enhance guest experiences and meet diverse interests and preferences. Quality Assurance: Implementing quality assurance programs, conducting regular inspections and audits, soliciting guest feedback, and addressing areas for improvement to maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction. Community and Stakeholder Relations: Building positive relationships with local communities, government authorities, suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support resort operations, resolve issues, and promote collaboration and goodwill. Crisis Management: Developing and implementing emergency response plans and procedures to address potential crises or emergencies such as natural disasters, accidents, security incidents, or health outbreaks, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
