Job description

Operations Management: Supervising and coordinating all aspects of resort operations, including accommodations, food and beverage services, recreational facilities, and guest activities. Ensuring adherence to quality standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Guest Relations: Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Monitoring guest feedback and implementing improvements to enhance guest experiences. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising resort staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping, food and beverage servers, and maintenance teams. Developing and maintaining a positive work environment and fostering teamwork among staff. Financial Management: Developing and managing resort budgets, monitoring expenses, and maximizing revenue through effective pricing and marketing strategies. Implementing cost-control measures and financial reporting to ensure profitability. Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract guests and increase resort occupancy. Collaborating with marketing teams to promote resort amenities, packages, and special events. Facility Maintenance: Overseeing maintenance and upkeep of resort facilities, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. Planning and executing renovations or upgrades as necessary to maintain quality standards. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff. Implementing emergency procedures and contingency plans for various situations. Community and Public Relations: Building positive relationships with local communities, government authorities, and vendors. Representing the resort in public forums and maintaining a positive public image. Strategic Planning: Developing long-term goals and objectives for the resort and implementing strategies to achieve them. Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Skills Required: Leadership: Strong leadership and management skills to motivate and guide resort staff, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
