Job description

Guest Services: Ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising resort staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, food and beverage service, maintenance, and recreational activities personnel. Daily Operations: Overseeing day-to-day resort operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, housekeeping schedules, and maintenance tasks to ensure smooth operations. Financial Management: Managing resort finances, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, revenue management, and financial reporting to achieve profitability goals. Sales and Marketing: Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to attract guests, increase bookings, and maximize revenue, including promotions, advertising, and online presence management. Reservations Management: Monitoring and managing room inventory, rates, and availability across various booking channels to optimize occupancy and revenue. Facilities Maintenance: Ensuring the proper maintenance and cleanliness of resort facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, recreational amenities, landscaping, and infrastructure. Safety and Security: Implementing and enforcing safety and security protocols to protect guests, staff, and property, including emergency response procedures and compliance with health and safety regulations. Quality Assurance: Conducting regular inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to brand standards, cleanliness, and service quality throughout the resort. Food and Beverage Operations: Overseeing food and beverage service operations, including restaurant management, menu planning, purchasing, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Event Planning and Coordination: Organizing and overseeing special events, weddings, conferences, and group bookings, including coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful execution. Community Relations: Building positive relationships with local communities, businesses, and tourism organizations to promote the resort and foster goodwill. Environmental Sustainability: Implementing sustainable practices and initiatives to minimize the resort's environmental impact, conserve natural resources, and promote eco-friendly tourism. Training and Development: Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for resort staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, and professionalism. Continuous Improvement: Seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement in resort operations, guest services, and amenities to maintain competitiveness and exceed guest expectations.
