Operations Management: Resort managers oversee day-to-day operations, including scheduling, budgeting, inventory management, and procurement of supplies and services. They ensure that all departments operate efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Facilities Maintenance: Resort managers are responsible for maintaining the resort's physical facilities, including accommodations, public areas, landscaping, pools, recreational facilities, and infrastructure.
