Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the resort in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Identify opportunities for growth, diversification, and improvement to enhance the resort's competitiveness and profitability. Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, recreation, and guest services. Ensure that operational procedures, standards, and protocols are followed to deliver consistent and high-quality service to guests. Guest Satisfaction: Prioritize guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness, and hospitality throughout the resort. Address guest concerns, feedback, and complaints promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience. Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, and supervise resort staff, including department managers, supervisors, and frontline employees. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff members to foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration. Financial Management: Manage the resort's budget, finances, and revenue streams to achieve financial targets and profitability goals. Monitor expenses, control costs, and optimize revenue opportunities through effective pricing, marketing, and sales strategies. Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives to attract guests, increase occupancy rates, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns, advertising, and digital marketing strategies. Reservations and Booking: Oversee reservation systems, booking platforms, and occupancy management to optimize room availability and maximize revenue. Monitor booking trends, analyze market demand, and adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly. Facilities Maintenance: Ensure that resort facilities, amenities, and infrastructure are well-maintained, safe, and functional. Schedule routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations to upkeep property aesthetics and ensure guest satisfaction. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry regulations governing resort operations. Stay informed about legal requirements, licensing, permits, and environmental regulations affecting the resort. Guest Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, visitors, and stakeholders, including local community members and business partners. Act as a brand ambassador for the resort and represent its values and image in the community. Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and oversee special events, weddings, conferences, and other functions hosted at the resort. Collaborate with event planners, vendors, and clients to ensure successful event execution and guest satisfaction. Continuous Improvement: Monitor guest feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Conduct regular assessments, evaluations, and performance reviews to drive continuous improvement in resort operations and service delivery.
