Providing Information: They provide information about room availability, rates, amenities, and policies to assist guests in making informed booking decisions. They may also offer recommendations or upgrades based on availability and customer preferences. Managing Booking Systems: Reservations Executives use booking management systems or software to process reservations, update availability, and manage guest information. They ensure that reservations are accurately reflected in the system and coordinate with other departments as needed. Confirming Reservations: They confirm reservations with guests by sending confirmation emails or letters, providing booking references, and clarifying any additional details or requirements. They may also follow up with guests to reconfirm bookings closer to the arrival date.
