Installation: Refrigeration Technicians install refrigeration systems as part of solar energy projects. This includes setting up compressors, condensers, evaporators, and other components according to design specifications and manufacturer guidelines. They ensure that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant regulations. Commissioning: After installation, Refrigeration Technicians conduct testing and commissioning to ensure that refrigeration systems are operating correctly. They verify proper refrigerant levels, check for leaks, calibrate temperature controls, and test system performance under different operating conditions. Technicians troubleshoot any issues and fine-tune system settings to achieve optimal performance. Maintenance: Refrigeration systems require regular maintenance to ensure reliable operation and prevent breakdowns. Refrigeration Technicians perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils, lubricating moving parts, replacing filters, and checking electrical connections. They inspect systems for signs of wear or damage and make necessary repairs or replacements to keep systems running smoothly. Repair: In the event of system malfunctions or failures, Refrigeration Technicians diagnose problems and perform repairs to restore system functionality.
