Welcoming Visitors: Greeting clients, customers, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answering Calls: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate individuals or departments. Scheduling: Managing appointments, meetings, and reservations. Handling Mail: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as preparing outgoing mail. Providing Information: Assisting visitors with inquiries and providing information about the organization or services offered. Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean and organized, including maintaining supplies such as brochures, magazines, and refreshments. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to various departments, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Security: Monitoring access to the premises and ensuring security procedures are followed. Technology Management: Operating office equipment such as computers, printers, and photocopiers, and troubleshooting minor technical issues. Assisting Staff: Supporting staff with tasks such as booking travel arrangements, organizing meetings, and coordinating events.
