Greeting and Welcoming: Welcoming visitors, clients, and employees to the office or facility in a friendly and professional manner. Answering and Directing Calls: Managing incoming calls, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate person or department. Scheduling Appointments: Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for meetings and events. Customer Service: Providing basic information to visitors, clients, or callers about the organization, its services, and its activities. Handling Mail and Deliveries: Sorting and distributing mail, packages, and deliveries. Administrative Support: Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining records. Maintaining Security: Monitoring access to the premises and ensuring visitors follow security procedures. Managing Facilities: Coordinating maintenance and repairs for office equipment and facilities. Booking Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel arrangements and accommodations for staff or visitors. Problem Solving: Resolving administrative issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate personnel. Communication: Communicating effectively with colleagues, visitors, and clients in person, via phone, and through email.
