Managing Correspondence: Receptionists may be responsible for sorting and distributing mail and packages, as well as handling outgoing mail and packages. Scheduling Appointments: They manage schedules and appointments for staff members, ensuring that meetings and appointments are properly coordinated and that any changes are communicated promptly. Maintaining Records: Receptionists may be tasked with maintaining visitor logs, appointment calendars, and other records to ensure accurate documentation of activities.
