Job description

Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, or customers in a friendly and professional manner, and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Answering Calls: Managing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the relevant individuals or departments. Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, and distributing them to the appropriate recipients. Scheduling Appointments: Booking appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for staff members or clients. Maintaining Reception Area: Ensuring that the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable, and arranging reading materials for visitors. Providing Information: Assisting visitors or callers by providing information about the company, its products or services, and directing inquiries to the appropriate resources. Handling Administrative Tasks: Performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Managing Office Supplies: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies such as stationery, toner, and other materials as needed. Assisting with Special Projects: Supporting other staff members or departments with special projects or tasks as required. Maintaining Security: Monitoring security by ensuring that visitors sign in and out, issuing visitor badges, and following company protocols for access control.
