Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Warmly welcoming visitors and clients as they arrive at the office or establishment. Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department and providing them with any necessary information or assistance. Answering and Routing Calls: Handling incoming phone calls, inquiries, and requests promptly and professionally. Transferring calls to the appropriate staff members or departments, or taking accurate messages and ensuring they reach the intended recipients. Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings or conferences. Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages received at the front desk. Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Handling customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalating them to the appropriate personnel when necessary. Office Operations: Maintaining the reception area tidy and presentable, ensuring magazines, brochures, and promotional materials are stocked and organized. Coordinating with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations and support teamwork. Security and Safety: Monitoring access to the premises and ensuring visitors sign in and receive visitor badges as required. Following security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of staff, visitors, and the premises.
