Managing Visitors: Registering visitors, issuing visitor badges, and notifying employees of visitor arrivals. Receptionists maintain security by monitoring access and enforcing visitor policies as needed. Scheduling and Coordination: Managing schedules and appointments for meetings, conferences, and appointments. Receptionists coordinate room bookings, arrange catering, and assist with logistics to ensure smooth event coordination. Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance such as typing, drafting correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining records.
