Managing Mail and Packages: Receptionists receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they reach the intended recipients promptly. They may also be responsible for signing for deliveries and notifying staff of incoming mail or packages. Scheduling Appointments: Receptionists schedule appointments and meetings for staff members, clients, or visitors, using scheduling software or calendars to coordinate availability. They may also send appointment reminders and confirmations to ensure schedules are followed.
