They answer general inquiries, provide information about the organization, and handle phone messages or voicemail promptly and accurately. Handling Correspondence: Receptionists receive and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients within the organization. They sort and prioritize mail, log packages, and coordinate outgoing mail or shipments as needed. Scheduling Appointments: Receptionists schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for employees, clients, or visitors. They manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and send reminders to ensure that appointments are organized and efficiently managed. Assisting Visitors: Receptionists provide assistance and support to visitors, clients, and guests as needed.
