Greeting and Welcoming: Welcome customers and visitors as they arrive at the establishment, providing a friendly and professional greeting. Make them feel comfortable and valued while they wait for assistance. Answering Phones: Manage incoming phone calls, answering inquiries, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate department or staff member. Provide accurate information and assistance to callers in a courteous manner. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for customers who wish to book vehicle service, maintenance, or repairs. Coordinate with service advisors or technicians to ensure that appointments are scheduled efficiently and accurately. Customer Assistance: Assist customers with inquiries, requests, or issues they may have regarding vehicle service, sales, or other services offered by the establishment. Provide information about available services, pricing, and appointment availability. Handling Payments: Accept payments from customers for services rendered, parts purchased, or deposits made. Process transactions accurately and securely, issuing receipts and maintaining records as needed. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to staff members, such as filing paperwork, organizing documents, and maintaining customer records. Assist with data entry, updating databases, and generating reports as required. Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times. Ensure that magazines, brochures, and promotional materials are neatly displayed for customers to browse while they wait. Directing Visitors: Direct visitors to the appropriate department or staff member upon their arrival. Notify relevant personnel of visitors or appointments in a timely manner to ensure prompt assistance. Handling Mail and Deliveries: Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients within the establishment. Ensure that incoming and outgoing mail is processed efficiently and accurately. Customer Service Excellence: Provide excellent customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring that they receive prompt and courteous assistance throughout their visit.
