Greeting and Welcoming: Welcoming visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office, and providing a friendly and professional greeting. Answering Phones: Handling incoming calls, transferring calls to the appropriate individuals or departments, taking messages, and providing information to callers as needed. Scheduling Appointments: Managing appointment schedules for meetings, conferences, and appointments, and coordinating with staff to ensure availability of meeting rooms or resources. Managing Visitors: Checking in visitors, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring they are escorted to the appropriate location within the office. Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to various departments or personnel within the organization, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties. Handling Mail: Receiving and sorting incoming mail and packages, distributing mail to the appropriate recipients, and coordinating outgoing mail or courier services as needed. Customer Service: Providing assistance and support to customers, clients, or visitors who may have inquiries or require assistance, and ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally. Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, and ensuring that promotional materials, brochures, and business cards are displayed neatly. Assisting with Special Projects: Assisting with various projects or tasks as assigned by supervisors or managers, which may involve research, data collection, or event planning. Technology Management: Operating office equipment such as computers, printers, and photocopiers, and assisting visitors or employees with technical issues as needed. Security Procedures: Enforcing security procedures such as checking identification, monitoring access to the premises, and ensuring the safety and security of the office. Communication: Communicating effectively with staff, visitors, and clients, and providing accurate information in a professional manner.
