Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Answering Calls: Handling incoming phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the appropriate person. Scheduling Appointments: Managing calendars and scheduling appointments for clients or customers. Managing Correspondence: Sorting and distributing mail, emails, and packages to the correct recipients. Providing Information: Offering information about the organization, such as its location, activities, and services. Maintaining Security: Monitoring visitor access and maintaining a safe and clean reception area. Handling Payments: Processing payments for services or products provided by the organization. Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying. Problem Solving: Resolving customer complaints or directing them to the appropriate department for resolution. Maintaining Records: Keeping records of visitor interactions and transactions for administrative purposes.
