Job description

Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests, clients, or customers in a friendly and professional manner and directing them to the appropriate person or department. Answering Calls: Managing incoming phone calls, taking messages, and transferring calls to the relevant individuals or departments. Scheduling Appointments: Booking appointments, meetings, and conference rooms for staff members or clients using scheduling software or calendars. Managing Correspondence: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes, and distributing them to the appropriate recipients. Providing Information: Assisting visitors or callers by providing information about the company, its products or services, and directing inquiries to the appropriate resources. Maintaining Reception Area: Ensuring that the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable, and arranging reading materials for visitors. Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents. Handling Inquiries: Responding to inquiries from clients, customers, or the public via phone, email, or in person. Security Procedures: Monitoring security by ensuring that visitors sign in and out, issuing visitor badges, and following company protocols for access control. Team Support: Providing support to other staff members or departments with tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating deliveries, or organizing events.
