Greeting Visitors: Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering assistance, and directing them to the appropriate person or area. Answering Calls: Handling incoming calls, screening and transferring them to the relevant department or individual, or taking messages accurately. Managing Appointments: Scheduling appointments, meetings, and reservations, and maintaining an organized calendar. Providing Information: Offering information and assistance to visitors and callers regarding the organization's services, facilities, and procedures. Handling Correspondence: Receiving and distributing mail, emails, and faxes, and ensuring they reach the intended recipients in a timely manner. Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies. Maintaining Reception Area: Keeping the reception area clean, organized, and presentable, and ensuring that promotional materials or brochures are displayed neatly. Security and Safety: Monitoring access to the premises, signing in visitors, and adhering to security protocols to ensure the safety and security of the workplace. Problem Solving: Addressing inquiries, concerns, or issues raised by visitors or callers, and finding appropriate solutions or escalating to the relevant person if necessary. Customer Service: Providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects positively on the organization.
