Cheese and Ingredient Management: Measure and portion cheese and other toppings to ensure consistency and proper distribution on pizzas. Monitor ingredient levels and replenish supplies as needed to maintain efficient pizza production. Oven Operation: Preheat pizza ovens to the appropriate temperature for baking pizzas. Load pizzas onto pizza peels or screens and transfer them into the oven for baking. Monitor cooking times and adjust oven settings as needed to ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection. Quality Control: Inspect pizzas during and after the baking process to ensure they meet quality standards. Check for proper crust color, cheese melt, and overall appearance. Remove pizzas from the oven promptly when cooked and transfer them to serving trays or pizza boxes.
