Instructional Planning and Delivery: Planning and delivering engaging PE lessons that cater to the needs and abilities of students. PE trainers use a variety of teaching methods, including warm-up exercises, skill drills, fitness circuits, team sports, and recreational games, to motivate students and promote active participation. Physical Fitness Assessment: Assessing students' physical fitness levels using standardized fitness tests and assessments. PE trainers may measure components of fitness such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, and body composition to track progress and set fitness goals. Skill Development: Teaching fundamental movement skills, sport-specific techniques, and strategies to improve students' athletic performance.
