Operational Management: Supervising and coordinating all aspects of the petrol station's operations, including fuel dispensing, maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. Staff Management: Recruiting, training, and managing petrol station staff, including petrol pump attendants, cashiers, and maintenance personnel. You assign duties, provide guidance and support, and conduct performance evaluations to maintain a motivated and productive team. Customer Service: Ensuring high-quality customer service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries and concerns, and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. You strive to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers visiting the petrol station. Fuel Inventory Management: Monitoring fuel inventory levels, ordering fuel supplies as needed, and managing fuel deliveries to ensure adequate stock levels at all times. You track fuel usage, reconcile fuel sales, and manage inventory discrepancies to minimize losses and ensure accurate record-keeping. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and industry best practices to maintain a safe and secure working environment. You enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety inspections, and provide training on safety procedures to staff. Financial Management: Managing the financial aspects of the petrol station, including cash handling, sales reconciliation, and expense management. You monitor revenue and expenses, analyze financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability. Equipment Maintenance: Overseeing the maintenance and repair of petrol station equipment, including fuel pumps, tanks, dispensers, and safety systems. You schedule preventive maintenance tasks, address equipment malfunctions promptly, and ensure that all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards. Compliance Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and documentation required for regulatory compliance, including fuel inventory reports, sales records, and environmental compliance documentation. You submit required reports to regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries or inspections as needed. Security Management: Implementing security measures to protect the petrol station's assets, prevent theft or vandalism, and ensure the safety of staff and customers.
