Email and Correspondence Management: They manage the executive's email inbox, screening, prioritizing, and responding to emails on their behalf. They draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents as needed. Travel Arrangements: Personal secretaries make travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and visas, and preparing travel itineraries. They coordinate travel logistics, ensure travel documents are in order, and handle changes or cancellations as necessary. Meeting Coordination: They coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and arrange meeting facilities, equipment, and catering. They may attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items or decisions as directed by the executive. Information Management: Personal secretaries manage and organize information, documents, and files, both electronic and hard copy. They maintain filing systems, databases, and records, ensuring information is easily accessible and confidentially handled. Communication Liaison: They serve as a communication liaison between the executive and internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, vendors, and business partners.
