Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy retrieval of documents and information as needed. Office Supplies and Equipment: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment. Order supplies and arrange for maintenance or repairs as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Assistance to Management: Assist managers and executives with various tasks such as preparing reports, presentations, and conducting research. Support for Human Resources: Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions. Financial Transactions: Handle basic financial transactions such as processing invoices, expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cash management. Tech Support and IT Coordination: Serve as a liaison with IT support for troubleshooting office equipment and software issues. Ensure that office technology functions smoothly. Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing office events, meetings, conferences, and workshops. This includes arranging logistics, preparing materials, and coordinating with participants. Health and Safety: Assist in ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment. This may involve coordinating safety drills, maintaining emergency kits, and reporting hazards. General Office Maintenance: Oversee general upkeep and cleanliness of the office space. Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed for facilities and equipment.
