Visitor Coordination: Managing visitor logbooks, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring security protocols are followed. Mail Handling: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages. Accounting and Finance Assistants: Bookkeeping: Recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Invoicing: Preparing and issuing invoices to clients and customers. Expense Reports: Processing employee expense reports and reimbursements.
