Office Organization and Maintenance: Office staff are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the office space. This includes tidying common areas, ordering supplies, restocking inventory, and ensuring that equipment is in working order. Filing and Document Management: Office staff manage physical and electronic filing systems, organizing documents, files, and records in a systematic manner for easy retrieval and reference. They may also assist with document scanning, copying, and shredding as needed.
