Administrative Assistant: Provide administrative support to managers and employees. Duties may include answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, preparing documents, and handling correspondence. Receptionist: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Maintain the reception area, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and perform basic clerical tasks. Data Entry Clerk: Input and update data into computer systems and databases. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information, and perform data verification and validation as needed. Office Manager: Oversee administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office. Coordinate office activities, manage supplies and equipment, and supervise administrative staff. Human Resources Assistant: Assist with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee record-keeping, benefits administration, and payroll processing. Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related paperwork. Accounting Clerk: Assist with accounting and financial tasks such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and expense tracking. Prepare financial reports, reconcile accounts, and assist with budgeting and forecasting. Customer Service Representative: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person. Provide assistance, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Office Assistant: Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and faxing documents. Assist with office errands, deliveries, and other tasks as needed. Executive Assistant: Provide high-level administrative support to executives or senior management. Manage schedules, coordinate meetings and travel arrangements, and prepare reports and presentations. IT Support Technician: Provide technical support and assistance to office staff for computer hardware, software, and network issues. Troubleshoot problems, install software updates, and maintain IT infrastructure. Procurement Officer: Assist with procurement activities such as sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and managing vendor relationships. Ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Facilities Coordinator: Coordinate office facilities and maintenance services. Arrange repairs, renovations, and office relocations as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
