Customer Service: Interacting with customers or clients in person, over the phone, or via email to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance or information about products or services. Office Maintenance: Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained by performing tasks such as tidying up communal areas, restocking supplies, and coordinating repairs or maintenance services. Filing and Document Management: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, documents, and records in an orderly manner to facilitate easy access and retrieval when needed. Support for Meetings and Events: Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, or events by preparing materials, arranging catering, setting up equipment, and providing on-site support as needed. Financial Tasks: Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports or statements. Office Communication: Facilitating communication within the office by distributing memos, announcements, or other communications to staff members, and ensuring that information is conveyed effectively and efficiently.
