Job description

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments within the automotive facility. This may include tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. Customer Service: Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by answering inquiries, providing information about products and services, and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inventory levels. Enter data into computer systems, databases, or spreadsheets and ensure information is organized and easily accessible. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks, such as receiving shipments, updating inventory records, and conducting periodic stock counts. Ensure that inventory levels are accurately maintained and discrepancies are promptly addressed. Billing and Accounting Support: Provide support to the accounting department by processing invoices, payments, and receipts. Assist with billing inquiries, reconcile accounts, and perform basic accounting tasks as needed. Document Preparation: Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations for internal use or external distribution. Proofread materials for accuracy and consistency and ensure that branding guidelines are followed. Filing and Organization: Maintain organized filing systems for documents, records, and other materials. Ensure that files are labeled correctly, easily accessible, and stored securely. Office Supplies Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, printer ink, and coffee supplies. Place orders with vendors, track inventory levels, and ensure that essential supplies are always available. Facilities Management: Assist with facilities management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance and repairs, arranging office layouts, and ensuring that office equipment is functioning properly. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to coordinate tasks, share information, and support overall business objectives.
