Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the automotive business. This may include tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and organizing files. Customer Service: Assist customers with inquiries, both in person and over the phone. Provide information about services, pricing, and available inventory. Address customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate department for further assistance. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule appointments for customers who need to visit the service center, showroom, or meet with staff members. Coordinate scheduling to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management tasks such as tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and updating inventory records. Communicate inventory needs to the appropriate personnel to ensure availability of necessary items. Financial Transactions: Handle financial transactions such as processing payments, issuing receipts, and reconciling cash registers. Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and adherence to established procedures. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions, transactions, and other business activities. Organize and archive documents for easy retrieval as needed. Communication: Facilitate communication within the office and between different departments. Relay messages, emails, and correspondence to the appropriate recipients in a timely manner. Office Maintenance: Assist with the maintenance and cleanliness of the office space. This may include tasks such as tidying up common areas, restocking supplies, and arranging for repairs or maintenance as needed. Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending out invitations, preparing meeting materials, and arranging catering if necessary. Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, such as data protection laws, health and safety regulations, and industry standards. Technology Support: Provide basic technical support for office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers. Troubleshoot minor issues or escalate technical problems to the IT department for resolution. Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with customers after their visit or service appointment to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns they may have.
