Job description

Administrative Assistants: Provide administrative support to management and departments. Responsibilities may include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. Receptionists: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department. Manage the front desk area, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with administrative tasks as needed. Data Entry Clerks: Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets. Ensure accuracy and completeness of information, perform data verification, and generate reports as required. Office Managers: Oversee daily operations of the office, including supervising administrative staff, managing budgets and expenses, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring office efficiency and productivity. Accounting Clerks: Assist with financial transactions, such as accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and reconciliation of financial records. Maintain accurate financial documentation and support accounting functions. Human Resources Assistants: Support HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding activities, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR-related inquiries from employees. Customer Service Representatives: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person. Provide information about products or services, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. IT Support Staff: Provide technical support and assistance to office staff with computer hardware, software applications, network connectivity, and troubleshooting IT issues. Office Assistants: Perform a variety of general office tasks, such as filing documents, organizing records, photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office equipment. Procurement Assistants: Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes, processing purchase orders, and managing inventory or supplies.
