Job description

Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to management, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, making travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence and reports. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, maintaining accurate records, and organizing files and documents for easy retrieval. Reception Duties: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department, and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Office Coordination: Coordinating office activities and logistics, such as ordering supplies, coordinating meetings and events, arranging catering, and managing office equipment and facilities. Document Preparation: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents, presentations, and other materials using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software. Customer Service: Providing assistance and support to customers, clients, or internal stakeholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Financial Transactions: Processing financial transactions, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders, and assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. Filing and Organization: Maintaining organized filing systems for documents, records, and supplies, and ensuring compliance with document retention policies and regulations. Meeting Coordination: Assisting in the coordination of meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, preparing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on action items.
