Responsibilities may include managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment, coordinating office events, and supervising administrative staff. Human Resources Assistant: Assists with various HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee records management. May also help with benefits administration, payroll processing, and employee relations activities. Accounting Clerk: Assists with financial tasks such as processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. Works closely with the accounting department to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. Data Entry Clerk: Enters and maintains data in computer systems or databases.
