Secretaries: Assist with administrative tasks such as typing correspondence, maintaining records, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings. Secretaries often provide support to specific departments or executives within the organization. Office Managers: Oversee administrative functions and ensure smooth operations within the office. Responsibilities may include supervising office staff, managing office supplies and equipment, handling budgetary matters, and coordinating office activities. Data Entry Clerks: Input and maintain data in computer systems or databases. Data entry clerks ensure accuracy and completeness of information, perform data verification, and assist with data management tasks as required. Customer Service Representatives: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and orders via phone, email, or in person. Customer service representatives provide assistance, resolve issues, and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers.
