They greet visitors, handle inquiries, provide information, and direct individuals to the appropriate personnel or department. They may also assist with resolving customer complaints or issues. Correspondence: They assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations. They ensure that communication materials are professional, accurate, and delivered in a timely manner.
