Document Preparation and Management: Drafting correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents. Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems. Customer Service: Handling inquiries and providing information to clients or customers. Resolving complaints or directing them to the appropriate person or department. Office Supplies and Inventory Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Keeping track of inventory levels and ensuring supplies are stocked. Financial Tasks: Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and reconciling expenses. Technical Support: Providing basic technical support for office equipment such as printers, copiers, and computers. Troubleshooting issues or coordinating repairs with IT support. Event Coordination: Assisting with the organization and coordination of office events, meetings, or conferences. This may include booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials.
