Correspondence: Drafting, editing, and formatting documents such as letters, memos, reports, and presentations. This may also involve proofreading documents for accuracy and completeness. Customer Service: Providing assistance and support to customers, clients, or visitors who may visit or contact the office. This includes answering inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner. Office Supplies Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and that equipment is properly maintained and in working order. Meeting and Event Coordination: Assisting with the coordination and organization of meetings, conferences, or other events. This may involve scheduling venues, arranging catering, preparing materials, and coordinating logistics. Financial Tasks: Assisting with basic financial tasks such as invoicing, billing, expense tracking, and processing payments. This may also include reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports. Communication and Liaison: Serving as a point of contact between different departments, teams, or external stakeholders.
