Administrative Assistant: Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsibilities may include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, handling correspondence, and maintaining filing systems. Receptionist: Greets visitors, answers phone calls, and directs inquiries to appropriate personnel. Manages the front desk area, receives and distributes mail, and ensures a professional and welcoming atmosphere. Data Entry Clerk: Enters and updates data into computer systems or databases. Ensures accuracy and completeness of data, performs data verification, and retrieves information as needed. Customer Service Representative: Assists customers or clients with inquiries, orders, and complaints. Provides information about products or services, resolves issues, and maintains customer satisfaction. Accounting Clerk: Assists with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciling financial records. Supports the accounting department in maintaining financial transactions and records. Human Resources Assistant: Supports HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration. Assists with scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and maintaining HR databases. Office Manager: Oversees daily office operations and administrative staff. Manages office supplies, facilities, and equipment. Coordinates meetings, schedules appointments, and ensures office policies and procedures are followed. IT Support Staff: Provides technical support to resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues. Installs and configures computer systems and assists with troubleshooting IT-related problems for office staff. Executive Assistant: Provides high-level administrative support to executives or senior management. Manages calendars, arranges travel, prepares reports and presentations, and handles confidential information. Office Clerk: Performs general office duties such as filing documents, copying, scanning, and faxing. Assists with office errands, maintains office cleanliness, and supports other administrative tasks as needed.
