Job description

Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to various departments within the organization, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, scheduling meetings, and managing calendars. Data Entry and Record Keeping: Entering and maintaining accurate records, such as employee information, financial data, and inventory records, using software applications or databases. Customer Service: Assisting customers, clients, or visitors by answering inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Filing and Organization: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to documents and records as needed. Document Preparation: Assisting with the preparation of documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as required by management or other team members. Office Maintenance: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the office space by performing tasks such as tidying up common areas, restocking supplies, and coordinating maintenance services. Mail Handling: Sorting, distributing, and processing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, as well as managing shipping and receiving activities. Inventory Management: Monitoring and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels, and coordinating procurement or replenishment as needed. Financial Transactions: Assisting with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements, and reconciling receipts or statements. Technology Support: Providing basic technical support for office equipment, software applications, and communication tools, and escalating more complex issues to IT support as necessary. Meeting and Event Coordination: Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of meetings, conferences, or events, including arranging facilities, catering, and audiovisual equipment. Team Collaboration: Collaborating with colleagues and team members to support shared goals and projects, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
