They greet visitors, answer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and assist with resolving customer issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Data Entry and Processing: Office staff are responsible for entering and processing data into computer systems or databases. This may include inputting customer information, updating records, processing orders, or compiling reports. Email and Correspondence: Office staff manage incoming and outgoing emails, letters, and other forms of correspondence. They draft, edit, and proofread documents, as well as distribute them to the appropriate recipients within the organization or externally. Office Maintenance: Office staff ensure that the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
